Krome Construction is a full-service general contractor specializing in the construction of luxury single-family homes and high-end condominium interiors. Krome was founded based on a simple formula; establish an understanding and set expectations with our clients, provide a superior service with honesty and transparency, and always deliver the highest quality possible. PRINCIPALS
Prior to creating Krome Construction in 2017, Jason Elmer and Jordan Gruber started their careers each working for large general contractors where they specialized in residential construction and project management. They met while working together at Plaza Construction where they co-directed the Luxury Residential division. At Krome, Jason and Jordan apply the same organization, structure, and professional approach used by large general contractors while delivering supreme care and attention to each home owner.
