Located on prestigious North Bay Road in Miami Beach, Florida, this project involved the interior and exterior renovation of a waterfront home. As the client lived in the residence during construction, the project required creative planning and scheduling to minimizing disturbance to the owners. Interiors designed by the world renowned and award winning Clodagh Design Studio located in New York, this design-build project required constant communication between the Construction team and the designers to ensure that the design intent was fully realized as per the owner’s wishes as the designers were not local.
