This project involved the full demolition and high-end interior renovation of a 2,800 square foot ocean-front condominium, located at the exclusive Setai on Miami Beach. Originally a blend of Art Deco and Asian influence, the residence was transformed within the strict 6 months schedule into a clean, white modern home consistent with Jennifer post’s signature style. Signature finishes include pure white glass floor slabs, intricate millwork package with a pure white polished polyurethane finish, and Antonio Lupe floating vanities with integrated corian sinks are just a few of the special features.
